  • What is Atome ?
    Atome partners over 2,000 leading online and offline retailers to provide short-term payment plans that allow individuals like you to make a purchase and pay for it at a later time with no interest or service fees.

    We want you to stop without worries and receive your purchase straight away, just pay for it in 3 equal interest-free instalments, due monthly. Atome will automatically split your bill into 3 equal payments. The first payment will be debited 3 days after your purchase, and the next two payments will be spread 30 days apart. 

  • Are there any requirements for using Atome ?
    - At least 18 years old.
    - A mobile number issued with a Singapore prefix (+65).
    - Legal full name.
    - Credit/debit card issued by a local financial institution.
    - Register an account with Atome app.

     

  • How to use Atome ?
    - Add your product to cart on GenkiBikeZ and checkout.

    - Register or login to your Atome account. If you do not have an Atome account, set up an account.

  • What is my credit limit ?
    As a general guideline, the credit limit will be SGD 1000 for new debit card users and SGD 3000 for new credit card users. However, your purchase may still be declined due to a variety of other factors which Atome uses to determine the approval of the transaction. If your purchase is indeed declined, you may write to us for special approval on a case by case basis.

    Your credit limit in the Atome account is determined by the default payment card. For example, if you have added 3 credit cards and 2 debit cards in your account, and the primary card is a debit card, your limit will be SGD 1000.

    To maintain a higher limit, please:
    1) Switch to our preferred payment option i.e. credit card and/or local cards and
    2) Keep a good repayment behavior

    Note: All Atome users have varying credit limits available for transacting with Atome. This limit is different from the credit limit that you have set on your credit/debit card.

  • What happen when I missed out payment ?
    If you missed a scheduled payment, an Admin Fee of SG $15 will be charged 1 day after the payment is due and your account will be temporarily frozen until the outstanding payment and Admin Fee have been cleared.

    However, before each payment is due, a push notification / SMS will be sent to notify you of the upcoming payment.

  • How do I check my bills ?
    Check the status of your payment schedule under "Bills" in Atome app. You will also be informed when your payment cycle is complete.

  • What happen when I missed out payment ?

    The first instalment is paid on the date following the date of the purchase. Each time a unsuccessful payment remaining Instalments by the scheduled due date and within any accompanying grace period (where applicable), will be charged a Late Payment Charge of $15.

  • What is Grab PayLater ?
    Grab PayLater Instalments is a new postpaid service for online purchases. When you activate Grab PayLater Instalments, you get instant access to a pre-approved Grab PayLater Instalment amount that can be used for your online shopping. When you make purchases at our partner merchants, your transactions will be split into either 2 ways of payment of 4 in monthly instalments or 3 affordable monthly payments.

  • Are there any requirements for using Grab PayLater ?
    - At least 21 years old.
    - Platinum, Gold or Silver GrabRewards tier member.
    - Have used either credit or debit card for at least 3 Grab transactions in the recent months.


    If you’re eligible for PayLater, you’ll be able to activate it in-app, or simply launch your Grab app, tap on Payments, tap on Enjoy Now and Pay Later under Explore GrabPay.
    If you don’t see the PayLater option, we’re unfortunately unable to offer this service to you just yet. All approvals are subject to our internal review.

    Every user will be assigned a unique PayLater Instalments available amount based on his or her user profile as determined by historical expenditure and assessment by Grab. As such, available amount for Grab PayLater Instalments may differ across users.

    Unfortunately, your Grab PayLater Instalment available amount cannot be changed at this point.

  • What happen when I missed out payment ?
    If you do not pay your monthly bills by the due date, you will be charged a $10 admin fee to reactivate your suspended account for each missed payment. Your Grab PayLater account may be suspended if you have overdue Grab PayLater bill and you do not make any payments after being notified by us.

  • How do I check my bills ?
    PayLater Instalments > View Details to view your completed and outstanding payments. Easily monitor and plan your monthly repayments with the Grab App. You can go to GrabPay > PayLater Instalments > View Details to view your completed and outstanding payments.

    If you would like to purchase above your current buy limit, you can complete the transaction by paying the difference upfront.

  • What happen when I missed out payment ?
    If the payment is not received by the due date, an initial late payment of $10 will be levied, and a further $1 per day if the payment remains unpaid after the due date. For each transaction below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per instalment payment. For each transaction of $40 or above, the late fees of each instalment payment that may be applied are capped at 25% of the original transaction value or $60, whichever is less.

    - "Approved balance" is the total amount of FavePay Later credit balance that is available for you on your Fave account.

    There is a 1.5% penalty fee incurred (calculated based on the total late payable amount) for instalment payments that are more than 7 days late. Hence, to avoid any penalty, do ensure that your FavePay Later payment card is correctly updated and that it has sufficient funds for any upcoming installments.

    LatitudePay allows you to split up your purchase into 3 interest free instalment payments. You have the option to pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card in 3 equal payments. You will make the payments every month directly to LatitudePay using your card.
    There is no interest or fees to use this service if you follow the automated payment schedule.

    - A Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, EP or S Pass holders.

  • What is my credit limit ?

    To ensure responsible spending practices, each LatitudePay purchase is evaluated by our system for approval. This takes into account many different factors, including your prior credit history and how many purchases that have been made and successfully paid back using LatitudePay.
    Meaning, the longer you have been using our LatitudePay in 3 instalments services, and the more orders you have successfully repaid on schedule, the more likely you will be able to spend more.
    Minimum spend is S$35.

  • What happen when I missed out payment ?

    If you fail to make the scheduled payment on the due date, we will provide you a courtesy 2-day grace period so that you can update your payment method or ensure enough funds are available on your selected card.

    If you fail to make a payment by the end of the courtesy grace period you will be charged a late fee per failed scheduled payment. The late fee starts at S$15 for order values up to S$999.99 with an additional S$15 fee for every S$1,000 increase in order value. For example, if you were late paying for a purchase valued between S$1,000 and S$1,999, your late fee would be S$30.
